Straight answers for Indian creators using Boloza.
Do I need a Business or Creator account?
Yes. Instagram only sends comment and message events for professional accounts. Switching a personal account to Creator is free and takes a few taps in the Instagram app.
Can you actually check whether someone follows me?
Yes. Once a person has messaged you or tapped a button in a DM, Instagram tells us whether they follow the account, and the follow-gate only releases your link if they do. If they have not followed yet, they get a short nudge and can tap again once they have. The one thing nobody can do is check a commenter before they have interacted, which is why the gate is a two-step flow rather than a silent filter.
How fast is the Instagram auto DM sent?
Usually one to three seconds after the comment. Boloza adds a short randomised delay on purpose, because instant identical replies are what gets accounts flagged as spam.
Is there a limit on DMs?
Two limits apply. Your plan has a monthly allowance, shown on your dashboard. Instagram separately allows only one private reply per comment, and only within seven days of that comment.
Will my account get banned?
We use Instagram's official API with the permissions you grant, which is the sanctioned way to do this. Rotating your reply wording and keeping a small delay, both built in, keep behaviour well inside normal limits.
Do you need my Instagram password?
Never. You sign in on Instagram's own screen and grant access there. We store a token that you can revoke at any time, from Boloza or from Instagram.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account drops to the free allowance rather than stopping. Automations above the free limit are paused until you choose a plan; nothing is deleted.
Can I pay in rupees?
Yes. Boloza is billed in INR, so there is no dollar conversion and no foreign transaction fee. You can change or cancel your plan from the billing page at any time.
Is Boloza a ManyChat alternative in India?
